What is Coaching?

Coaching will support you in creating and living your dream life and achieve your goals so You can live an extraordinary Life!

Wellness Coaching will:

  • Show you how to create balance and harmony in life between Work, Relationships, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual.
  • Will focus on You taking responsibility for your life/ be the creator of your life and it will help you to take the action you require to have more confidence.
  • help you achieve change with support which you could not achieve on your own.

The coach and client work together in a partnership to choose the focus, format, and desired outcomes for their work. Through regular sessions, the client and coach identifies what is most important to the client and helps them align their thoughts, word and actions accordingly. The client works with the coach to identify what they want personally and professionally and supports them in achieving a life that they really want and love.

The coach’s role is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources and creativity that the client already has. A coach will also:

  • Encourage the client to set goals that inspire and excite.
  • Stretch the client further than they have done on their own.
  • Help the client to focus to produce results quickly
  • Provide the client with tools, support and structure to achieve more .

Coaching really works when there is commitment and:

  • The client is willing to learn, grow and take action.
  • There is a gap between where the client is now and where they want to be.

Wellness Coaching

Wellness Coaching uses a step by step approach that assesses all areas of your life where you would like to change and improve. It helps change/modify the behaviours to implement the changes.

Wellness Coaching acknowledges our need to want to change.An action plan is created after your first initial concultation. This action plan includes methods for breaking down barriers and limiting beliefes that stops us from achieving what it is that we truly want. The action plan identifies what you want and make your goals achieveable.

You will learn to reinforce your values and what’s important to you and why it’s so important to be living your life to the fullest and be happy in your everyday life.

The wellness coaching sessions will enable us change ourselves for a more positive, balanced and happy life.

A Wellness Coach works out what their client wants and why they want it and what’s stopping them from going after it then creates a plan to implement and take action to change your life.

Many of the techniques being used in the sessions involve forms of visualization or light trance work. Many times we include Time Line Therapy®.

What is the difference in between Coaching and Counceling?

Coaching is not counseling or therapy. Coaching does not focus on the past or on the past’s impact on the present. Coaching is not psychotherapy and emotional healing is not the focus of coaching.

Coaching is designed to help clients improve their learning and performance, and enhance their quality of life. Coaching concentrates primarily on the present and future.

I had such an amazing breakthrough session with Karin, she has a wide range of techniques at her disposal that helped eliminate negative emotions on a conscious/subconscious level and really went in deep where we elicited values that control a persons behaviour without person even knowing it. Similarly people tend to sabotage their success be it career, relationships or health due to an inner conflict, she used a technique, which helps to integrate these internal conflicts. I was really impressed with Karin’s caring and sympathetic approach as the questions asked can be challenging in the sense you have to did deep within yourself to get the answers. Karin was totally determined on the outcome and gave the session 100% until we got the results that I was after. Therefore I highly recommend Karin as a coach!
