This package includes;

  • A comprehensive Wellness Assessment.
  • An initial coaching session where I will help you to assess your current wellness situation, identify changes you feel you need to make, and discover why change is important to you. You will develop your own personal Wellness vision and create goals (3 monthly as well as weekly). I will help you identify what your strengths are, obstacles and develop strategies how you can overcome them and become more confident and empowered. We break down the goals so that you confidently can achieve them.
  • Ongoing weekly follow up sessions for 3 weeks to assist you and assess how you are going. It will help you to stay on track and to re focus if you go off track. New weekly goals will be set and new strategies will be developed.
  • You will receive handouts, links and exercises around mindset and lifestyle behaviours.
  • You will be working on learning the steps for achieving ultimate wellness so that you can live with energy and vitality and enjoy your life to the fullest.
  • It also includes unlimited email support in between sessions.
