Book into aspire’s Gentle Yoga & Pilates Classes Now – Limited Spots Book Now!

Aspire’s classes will help you improve Your strength, balance, flexibility & coordination and improve your “core” muscles and pelvic alignment. The classes are suit both beginner to intermediate levels. Most of our participants are between 40 – 75 years of age.
Options are provided in the sessions, although if you suffer a current injury it is advisable to start of with individual sessions.

The classes are in a flowing format and including Pilates & Yoga movements and are taught with nice relaxing tunes and we also incorporate the use of Young Living’s Essential Oils in the classes.
You will feel very welcome and looked after in the classes. You will have lots of fun! Smaller props like the resistance band or the Pilates circle, are also incorporated at times. For more information feel free to contact Karin and talk to her personally before commencing.

Karin Hagberg has been teaching Pilates classes on the Surfcoast for over 15 years and was the first person to introduce Matwork Pilates classes here. The classes are still extremely popular. Karin has 25 years of experience teaching classes. She is a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates & Yoga Instructor & Wellness Coach. Not just that, she has published her own book – “Body Awakening – Balance your body, mind & spirit with Pilates and an active lifestyle” & has also produced four Pilates DVDs. Everyone who buys a card will receive a FREE copy of the book – Karin want everyone on the Surf coast to have a copy and to apply the principles to achieve better health. Karin is running a Wellness Retreats (including Pilates, Yoga, Nutrition, Accommodation, Walks, Information Sessions etc.). Brianna Vaughters

Brianna’s teaching style is tooted in the understanding of yoga as a form of self empowerment.
She has years of training in traditional Hatha yoga and has gathered qualifications in a diverse range of integrative therapies. Her classes focus on the development of breath awareness, aiming to establish a clear line of communication between the body and mind. Brianna encourages her students to embrace the time they spend in class exploring their body’s individual needs in a mindful way.

Gentle Pilates and Yoga with Oils and Meditation

A wonderful hour of gentle movement (Pilates/Yoga) that incorporates the benefits of Essential Oils and Breath/Sound/Mindfulness Meditation.
No experience needed.
You will float out the door afterwards.

Classes are suitable for men and women, most ages and abilities. Our class participants vary from 40 – 76 years of age.

SUNDAYS 9.30 – 10.30am –  Gentle PILATES/YOGA Class with oils and meditation – MacMillam Street AngleseaWe welcome You to join us for a Aromatic YOGA class with Brianna 9.30am Sundays.
Brianna will guide you through gentle Yoga session either propped or in seated position and taken through gentle movement that is linked to your breath.
This session is beginner friendly.
You will be introduced to essential oils that will have an effect on your physical, emotional, spiritual and mental state.
The session will finish with meditation/awareness practise and lastly by a lead body scan lying in Savasana.
Dates: 8/4, 15/4, 22/4, 29/4 and ongoing if we have the numbers
